It’s been wonderful to hear of people all over who are devoting all of February’s spare time to Dave/Triffids related activities. I’ve finished uploading all the songs from our 1985 show at Eindhoven’s Effenaar club. Have a listen to The Triffids before Born Sandy was recorded, feeling our way before an audience only recently aware of us, most of them never having seen us live before. The pedal steel player was yet to be dubbed “Evil” and was feeling his way more than everyone else as well.
