Don't know lads. I reckon there's a few in there will be keepers. It's always the slow burners.

Wish I could add the Sarabeth Tucek album. Truly lovely.

I can believe I forgot:
Bat for Lashes - Fur and Gold
When your i-tunes player lists the genre as "unclassifiable" you just know you're on to a winner.

So where are The Links? And no Fixkes, LSQ?

I didn't really like the new album by The Links - called Priorité de Droite - so I did not put them in my list. And you can imagine that on this side of the border, The Fixkes have had enough airplay already. Maar toch bedankt om het aantevrage, Johan! Wink

Burial - Untrue
Vic Chesnutt - North star deserter

There's a couple more I wouldn't mind recognised but lists come and lists go and it doesn't really matter.
These two though, I'll still be playing these in 20 years time.

only just heard Vic died towards the end of last year.  He shares vocals on two tracks from Ricky Lee Jones last Balm in Gilead - 'remember me' and 'his jeweled floor' with Alison Krauss and Victoria Williams.

....... on his jeweled floor, no one ever falls .....

Seems like an OK way to call it a day.
