No it's all there.

Don't worry glee, it's just these foreigners who have never seen a pack of Brumbies ;)
No the ACT Rugby team doesn't count Gazza ;D

I'm far more likely to see the former in the flesh than the latter, and you're using far too many words, Steven.

No the ACT Rugby team doesn't count Gazza. ;D

You're forgetting that I'm on the righteous side of the Barassi Line.
This could be heaven; shallow spreads of ordered lawns.

Not forgotten, merely misplaced.
And congrats on promotion.

This thread on LOW seems to have been slightly less derailed than the other one.

Any more news on this?  I would guess it's the next (last?) thing Triffids related to come.  Certainly seems to be scope for a cracking reissue ala the Triffids reissues.

No immediate news except that this record should be available again before too long.

Ah mastah, you are so inscrutable.  :)

I am guessing that this record will be available again soon from somebody else?

It's an idea some day, in my tears, my dreams...

When you can snatch the pebble from my hand it'll be
time for the reissue to come out.

Bugger waiting - I would like (pretty please) (i) the album remastered (ii) the b-sides/EP songs (iii) demos (iv) live recordings from the Red Ponies and (v) the singles/remixes between the Triffids and the solo album.  Surely not too much to ask for Glee?  Pretty please again.

I ran Max's contribution by the Chinese Room's translation manual. I think I understand him better now:

Yeah, It's a reference to a tv show way before
your time. Kung Fu, starring David Carradine as
Cane or Cain or maybe Kane.
For the record, you didn't miss anything worth
seeing." Car 54 where are you?" on the other
hand WAS worth seeing and the first chance I
get to worm in a reference to it, I will do so.
You just watch me Jasper.

Any news on a LOW reissue? I have my original issue as received from Swede Stefan Wornqist back in the mid-1990s.

Still, I would love to throw some money the Triffids way for an expanded release of this, McComb's finest work (imo).

(my first post here since seeing the 2009 Melbourne show and the two shows with Leonard Cohen).

More than a year's gone by and no sign of a re-release.

Permanant derailment or just a very slow train?
