Hey Folks,

How about having a "Triffids Song of the day" topic?

The idea is to define the Triffids song, which strikes a chord (excuse the pun) for you on one day?

My "SOTD" is Personal Things; because I've just been listining to BSD, and this song reminded me of the recent Documentary, specifically the part where Graham describes David as having left the love of his life behind, and the fact that the album is autobiographical. I'd not noticed before how raw this track was, having previously considered it to be one of the "weaker" tracks on the album (only relatively speaking, of course).

Today, while at the gym for some light lunchtime exercise, I've just had my gym locker broken into and a bag containing my wallet, watch and keys nicked.

So I guess today's SOTD would have to be ...

Stolen Property

With Personal Things (again) a close second.

It's hard to laugh through gritted teeth...

I didn't know the Triffids had done a song called "let's get physical" I thought that was, wassssername, Olivia N-J?

... in which case it woudl be a "Non-Triffids Song of the Day", or NTSOTD
